  Gran Canaria offers a very modern and cheap Bus transport system.The company Global with its green/blue autobuses is in charage for the south of Gran Canaria. Inside of Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés the buses are passing every 20 minutes. At the weekends, the last buses doing they trail stop at about 02:00 A.M. On each busstation you can find timetables. You also can call to Global's Client Assistent Line Tel.: 902 381 110 or on the Internet: www.globalsu.net Anyway, to come back home after a long party night better take a Taxi.  Another flexible and cheap transport system is the Taxi. San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés) has permanently about 600 Taxi working. This is the best transport system to get back home after a long party night ;-). Normally you always see some Taxi passing by, but if not you can order one calling this number 928 154 777 (Cooperativa de Taxis de San Agustín). |
